  • 七天鑑賞期

凡於七天鑑賞期內(簽收日隔日算起七天),保持商品完整來信至emi@yuka-official.com ,或私訊我們官網聊天室及Instagram,並附上您的訂單號、您要退貨的產品名稱以及退、換貨原因,由專員為您辦理手續。

  • 退、換貨須知

- 每筆訂單僅提供乙次退(換)貨服務

- 退貨後若訂單金額未達免運標準,則退款金額會扣除原訂單運費。

- 退、換貨請保持商品完整(尚未下水、包裝完整) (請勿直接於商品包裝上黏貼退貨單) 一經剪除標牌、下水洗滌、污損磨損、沾染顏色氣味等,恕無法受理退貨。

- 除了商品瑕疵/誤寄的原因消費者不需負擔寄回運費外,其他因素寄回運費需自行承擔。

- 退貨後保留商品金額若未達滿額禮活動門檻,活動贈品需連同退貨商品一併退回(全新未拆封),未退回將會直接以原價計算。

- 退貨後若訂單金額未達免運標準,則退款金額會扣除原訂單運費。

- 折價券僅限單次使用,不退餘額,退貨或取消訂單都不退還,不可折抵運費。

- 非台灣地區退換貨需負擔來回運費,敬請見諒。

  • 無法受理退、換貨之情形
  1. 超過七天退貨期限
  2. 基於衛生考量,貼身用品如內衣褲、襪子、飾品配件、鞋子等商品
  3. 商品已有使用過痕跡、味道或人為造成髒汙、沾染化妝品、香水味等
  4. 商品包裝不完整、已剪標、已下水、自行修改加工、商品配件丟失或毀損
  5. 活動贈品、特價商品、加購商品未完整退回
  6. 特價及網頁標示不可退貨之商品

YUKA 保留拒絕任何不符合上述退換貨政策的退換貨產品的權利。被拒絕的物品將被送回原始送貨地址。為了避免這種情況,請聯繫我們的團隊以解決您對欲退換的物品的任何問題或疑慮。

  •  國際退貨

海外(臺灣地區以外)購買的客戶需負責支付退貨運費並與當地郵政協調退貨。

  •  關於瑕疵、誤寄商品

若收到瑕疵、誤寄商品,很抱歉造成您的困擾,請寄email到 service@yuka-official.com,並提供照片確認瑕疵部位,專員與您確認後,請您在七天內將商品包裝完整後寄回。

  • 退款

一旦退回的商品經過質量檢查和批准,YUKA 將按原付款方式退款。 請注意,處理退款最多可能需要 7 到 14 個工作日。 您的銀行可能需要額外的時間來處理交易和更新您的銀行對帳單。


7 Days return policy

Orders can be returned within 7 days of purchase. To initiate a return, you can contact our team to assist you with the return process. Please email us at  service@yuka-official.com with your order number, the name of the product(s) you would like to return, and the reason for returning it/them. 

Returns

All original tags must still be attached to the garment(s). Returned products must be in an original condition and in original packaging. We are unable to accept returns without the original packaging. Be mindful of deodorant, makeup or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear fabric.

*Circumstances where returns cannot be accepted*

  1. Over the 7 day return period.
  2. Due to sanitary concerns, intimate products such as underwear, socks, accessories, etc.
  3. Items with any wear mark, smell, or man-made stain.
  4. Product packaging is incomplete or not original, the label has been cut, has been launched, modified and processed by yourself, any tag is lost or damaged.
  5. Incomplete returns such as special offer gifts and additional purchases. 
  6. On-sale products and products marked on the website that are non-returnable.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post.

Damaged/defective items

If you believe an item to be defective or damaged, please email us at emi@yuka-official.com so that we can help resolve the issue. YUKA reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address. In order to avoid this, please contact our team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.

Refunds

Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, YUKA will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 7 - 14 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement. 

Please note: shipping fees will not be refunded excluding damaged / defective items.
