台灣

1. 宅配，運費台幣80元
2. 超商取貨不付款，運費台幣70元
3. 超商取貨付款，運費台幣70元
    提醒您，若無故或惡意兩次(含)未領取包裹，本公司有權停止該配送方式，還請您留意自身權益。

國際

1. 將依照配送地區及包裹特性選擇適合的國際快遞業者進行配送(DHL、UPS、FedEx、EMS等國際快捷等)。
2. 亞洲地區台幣210元，亞洲地區以外皆台幣1200元，國際單筆訂單滿台幣6000元以上則免運。

   因各運送公司不定期調整運費之計算方式，故實際將以結帳時所顯示之運費為主；而各國進口關稅標準不同，若領取包裹時，貴國欲收取商品之關稅或偏遠地區另收之費用，需買家自行支付。

配送時間

※請您體諒意外總是會發生，若因天候因素(如颱風)造成商品延誤送達，我們會立即通知您，同時您也可利用商品追蹤編號，查看目前商品運送狀況或直接與快遞廠商聯繫。

除此之外，若因廠商運送造成商品延遲送達、在運送過程中商品受損、因填寫錯誤地址造成無法正確送達，或是國際關稅處理等問題，恕YUKA不負任何相關責任。

When will I get my order?

For any orders, it takes about 1-2 business to process. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive in Taiwan. For deliveries to addresses outside of Taiwan, please allow 3-4 business days in Asia, 4-5 business days all international orders to arrive. We will notify you once the order has shipped and include a tracking number for your convenience. 

Where do you ship?

We ship pretty much anywhere and everywhere. When entering your address details in the shopping cart, please ensure you select the correct country from the drop down menu. We are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses. When placing your order, please provide a physical postal address. 

YUKA unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.

1. NT$80 standard shipping.
2. NT$70 CVS pick-up only (Reminder: If you fail to pick up the package three times (including), we have the right to stop you from the delivery method, and please be aware of your own rights.

(International)

1. NT$210 standard shipping within Asia (outside Taiwan).
2. NT$1200 standard shipping worldwide outside of Asia. 
3. Free shipping worldwide for orders over NT$6000.
